Delete your Kirevona account

Kirevona users can request deletion of their Kirevona account and associated account data.

Delete your account in the Kirevona app

If you can access the Kirevona app, use the account deletion option in your profile. You will be asked to confirm the deletion before it is processed.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, send your account deletion request from the email address associated with your Kirevona account to contact@kirevona.com.

We may need to verify that the request belongs to the account owner before processing the deletion.

What is deleted

When an account deletion request is completed, the Kirevona account and personal data associated with that account are deleted.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through an app store. Store subscriptions must be managed through the store account used for the purchase.
